Our geckos will be healthy, vigorous and feeding well before we offer them to new homes. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your animal upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Baby geckos are sold as unsexed. We have not noticed a skew on sex ratio with the way we incubate our eggs. Theoretically, you have a 50/50 chance of getting either sex when you buy a baby gecko from us, but this is in the lap of the Gods.
Those geckos sold as female or male, will be guaranteed their gender. If we get it wrong (this has happened only once in 6 years to our knowledge!), we will arrange collection of the gecko at our expense and refund you in full. We may be able to replace with another gecko or negotiate a partial refund at our discretion and if agreeable to you. This guarentee applies to the original customer only and is not transferable if you sell the gecko and expires 6 months after receipt of the gecko. You will not find a guarantee like this anywhere else!
Occasionally we will sell 'probable females'. These are likely to be younger geckos that look female, but with a small chance of turning out male and the price will reflect this. There will be no gender guarentee with probable females.
In the extremely unlikely event of discovering an imperfection on your gecko on receipt such as a nipped tail or other minor damage we may have missed, then please inform us immediately. In rare instances such as these, we offer a full refund and collection of the gecko rather than negotiate a discount.
Unfortunately we do not have visitors to our premises, but can arrange delivery to anywhere in the UK (except islands and highlands) for £25. We of course guarantee live and healthy arrival. You are welcome to arrange your own courier service if you prefer.
When we put up geckos for sale, this is on a first come first served basis, so please bear this in mind if you don't want to miss out on a specific gecko. We are often dealing with multiple enquiries on certain animals, particularly female crested geckos, leachianus geckos or anything out of the ordinary.
For your information and ease of settling your geckos into their new home, our geckos are fed on Repashy Crested Gecko Diet and brown crickets dusted with Repashy Calcium Plus.
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. Our Paypal address is sales@lillyexotics.co.uk. If you do not have a PayPal account then we can accept a cheque or direct bank transfer. Contact us for details.
